New approach towards Culturology in Central Europe and beyond

1. Creation, development, protection, restoration and presentation of spiritual and cultural values. Support of new models and approaches to culture in Central Europe, highlighting cross-border cooperation and the spirit of the Central European identity, support of the initiatives aimed at consolidating the spiritual and cultural heritage of Central Europe.
2. Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Seminars, studies, conferences, meetings and other activities analyzing the path of Central Europe in the 20th and 21st century, the processes of democratization and transnationalism embodied in the human rights field; overlap in the Western Balkans and East-European partnership countries.
3. Research and development, scientific and technical services and information services. Taking part in research (history, sociology, natiology, ideological and social value orientations of the societies) with an emphasis on Central European context.
